Each one comes with a comprehensive 10-year guarantee including NHBC guarantee on foundations, floor and brickwork and additional guarantee on glazed units and PVCu frames. In addition there is a five year accidental breakage insurance on all glass. All electrical points and electrical heating are included in the price.
